Enrolment Information
Primary & Secondary Aged Children
Primary and secondary age children may apply for enrolment at anytime of the year. Please contact the school if you would like to enrol your child at St Joseph's, Cloncurry. The Application for Student Enrolment (writable PDF), is available below.
Preparatory Year
Enrolments for Prep are invited from Term 2 each year.
St Joseph's will advertise via our newsletter, Facebook, our website and notice boards around Cloncurry.
Interviews will commence in mid Term Three and acceptance letters posted out at the end of Term 3.
Prep is full time, school hours.
Immunisation Records, Birth Certificates and any other relevant information relating to your child's enrolment are required
Fees and Levies - Tuition Fees
School tuition fees are set by the Townsville Education Office to help cover salaries, wages and other system costs. Tuition fees are per family. A schedule of fees can be obtained from the office or by clicking the link below.
Invoices are issued each Term. There are several ways in which payment can be made, cash, credit card and cheque or Direct Debit. Payments via cheque or cash can be paid weekly, fortnightly, monthly, by term or yearly.
